Can I cancel dealer add-ons after buying a car?

In California you have 60 days for a full refund. In most other states the window is 30 days. After that, a pro-rata refund is usually available for the unused portion.

Your paperwork. When you upload files — PDFs, photos, anything from your car purchase — they're processed immediately and deleted right after your report is generated. Nothing is stored. We don't read them, browse them, or keep copies.

Payment confirmation. If you purchase a report, our payment processor handles the transaction and sends us a confirmation with your email address. We never see your card number or billing details.

Your email address. If you choose to have your report emailed to you, we collect that address for that delivery only. It doesn't go on any list.

Analytics and advertising data. Like most websites, we collect basic usage data — pages visited, session duration, device type, IP address — using third-party analytics and advertising tools. This may include pixels that connect activity on this site to ad platforms.

What we do with it

We use this information to operate the service, deliver reports, process payments, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We don't sell personal information.

AI analysis

Analysis is powered by automated systems, including AI from third-party technology partners. Those partners are contractually prohibited from using your paperwork to train or improve AI models. Your content is used only to generate your report.

Third-party services
